My tracking number is not working / updating:
If your tracking number is not working, please note that tracking information may take a few days to update. In some cases, it might not update until the barcode is scanned by your local shipping carrier. We recommend waiting for a little while and checking back later for updated tracking details.
Can I change my shipping information?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can update your information. Please email us at info@formula-cars.com with your order number and the new address you would like us to send your Set. Please remember that it's the customers' responsibility to provide accurate shipping information, and we do not held responsible for any lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information.
I can't find the instructions:
We provide digital instructions that can be accessed by scanning the QR code on your package. Simply use your smartphone or tablet to scan the QR code, and you'll be directed to the digital instructions for your set.
In the event that you cannot locate the QR code or experience difficulties accessing the digital instructions, please send us an email at
info@formula-cars.com with your order number and the specific model you need instructions for. We'll be happy to assist you further and provide you with the necessary instructions.
There are missing / defective pieces on my set:
We sincerely apologize if you've encountered any issues with missing or defective pieces in your Formulacar set. While it's uncommon, we want to ensure that you have a complete and enjoyable building experience. If you believe there are missing pieces or if you've identified any defective parts, please follow these steps:
1. Double-check your entire set.
2. If you are certain that pieces are missing or defective, please take screenshots of the instructions, and clearly mark specific pieces that are problematic or you need.
3. Send the images, along with your order number, to us at info@petrolbricks.com. This will help us identify the issue more accurately and expedite the replacement process.
Rest assured, we'll investigate the matter promptly and provide you with the necessary missing or replacement pieces to ensure you can complete your build.

How long till my order is dispatched?
Once we receive your order, we aim to get it packed & labeled within 24h and your parcel gets dispatched to a distribution centre. This distribution centre then selects the fastest shipping method from a range of highly reputable couriers and dispatches the order swiftly. When your order has been dispatched from the distribution centre, you will receive an update with your tracking code.
Has my parcel been dispatched yet?
After placing your order, your parcel is prepared within 24h and is sent to a distribution centre. It will arrive here within 1-3 working days. The team here will select the fastest shipping option to your address and will ship out your parcel in the same day. Once your order is picked up from the distribution centre by the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information as well as a link to a website where you can track your order.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email yet and it's been more than 4 working days since you placed your order, please get in touch with us and we'll send you your tracking information manually.

Please know that for certain shipping services it can take a bit longer for the tracking number to show updates, so we recommend checking again tomorrow.
However, rest assured that if you have a tracking number it is already with the courier and on its way to you.

If the courier shows that your parcel is delivered, but you haven't yet received it please contact the courier as soon as possible to let them know.
You can then contact using the form above and we will obtain a copy of the shipping label to confirm with you that the address is correct.
We know this sounds silly, but in most cases the parcel will have been left in a safe spot or with a neighbour, so please double check your property.
